Альбомы и группы 2010 года

На нашем сайте мы много пишем о музыке, которую сочиняем и исполняем, но достаточно мало пишем о том, какую музыку мы слушаем. Я составил небольшой список групп и альбомов, которые мне больше всего запомнились в прошлом году.

1. Skunk Anansie — Wonderlustre. Новый альбом воссоединевшейся группы я очень долго ждал, особенно когда услышал их живьем на фестивале Be2gether прошлым летом. Для меня это одна из лучших групп всех времен: незабываемый вокал, мощные гитары, бьющая в грудь ритм-секция. Диск «Wonderlustre» отличнейший камбэк, всем советую послушать, если еще не успели.

2. The Temper Trap — Conditions. Один из «альбомов года» лично для меня. Сам диск вышел в 2009 году, однако я узнал группу только в 2010 году. Очень интересная смесь фальцетного вокала и космических гитар. Сейчас данный австралийский коллектив стремительно набирает обороты в мире. Советую посмотреть их клип на песню «Sweet Disposition».

3. Nada Surf — If I Had a Hi-Fi. Одна из моих любимых американских инди-групп, у которой просто нет плохих или средних альбомов. Все они для меня действительно special. В прошлом году группа, не стестняясь, взяла и выпустила диск каверов (чужие песни, которые группа исполнила). Лучший кавер на диске — Enjoy the Silence (Depeche Mode).

4. We Are Scientists — Barbara. Еще одна приятная американская группа, которая на время выпала из моего поля зрения. Оказывается, у группы уже 3 (или 4?) альбома, а у меня есть только первый и последний. Если хотите послушать, как нужно и можно играть втроем, то стоит послушать эту группы. Простые, но отлично звучащие аранжировки.

5. The National — High Violet. С этой группой я познакомился совсем недавно, но мне кажется, что альбом 2010 года — их лучшая работа. Спокойная и очень красивая музыка, каждая песня по-своему уникальна. Слушать этот альбом лучше в спокойной обстановке — он создает необычную атмосферу.

6. Kings of Leon — Come Around Sundown. Короли выпустили новый альбом, который, по их словам, более близок к их раннему творчеству, это попытка «вернуться к истокам». Мне показалось, что альбом получился ровным, без каких-то мегаярких хитов, как например песни с предыдущих двух дисков, но мне все равно понравилось. Особенное советую слушать альбомы Kings of Leon бас-гитаристам — партии баса там очень громкие и интересные.

7. Jimmy Eat World — Invented. Группа выпустила 6 по счету альбом, записанный с продюсером, который помог группе записать первые 3 альбома, благодаря которым они и стали известными. Мне нравятся все альбомы этой группы и новый не стал исключением. Жаль только, что вживую эта группа не всегда смотрится и слушается выигрышно.

8. Ryan Adams & the Cardinals — III/IV. Райан Адамс выпустил много сольных альбомов. Это второй совместный альбом группы the Cardinals и Райана Адамса. Если вы хотите послушать настоящий рок-н-ролл, то вам стоит послушать этот альбом. Да, все песни чем-то похожи, но звучит все позитивно и энергично. К тому же, это двойник, а значит — двойная порция позитива!

9. Feeder — Renegades. Английская группа Feeder существует с 1992 года и широко известна во всем мире, правда вот в нашей стране как-то не очень. Группа интересная и разнообразная: первые альбомы группы — это почти панк, полее поздние — поп-рок. С 2002 года по 2009 на в Feeder играл барабанщик Skunk Anansie Марк Ричардсон, которые в начале 2010 года ушел из Feeder, чтобы продолжить играть в Skunk Anansie. Альбом 2010 года — это то, к чему привыкли давние фанаты группы: драйв и мощная энергетика. Renegades слушается на одном дыхании, правда мелодики Feeder в нем поменьше.

10. Аtomic Tom — The Moment. Лично меня эта группа заинтересовала своей «фишкой»: в октябре 2010 года группа выпустила видеоклип, в котором музыканты едут в метро и исполняют свою песню на iPhone. Клип за несколько дней стал мегапопулярным и благодаря этому видео группа и прославилась. Альбом мне понравился, где-то напоминает ранних The Killers, где-то Neon Trees. Песня «Take Me Out» — лучший трек на альбоме лично для меня.

  7. My coder is trying to convince me to move to .net from
    PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses.
    But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using Movable-type on numerous websites for about a year
    and am nervous about switching to another platform. I have heard excellent things about blogengine.net.
    Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress posts into
    it? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated!

  25. От себя я хочу еще прорекламировать следующие альбомы безвозвратно-ушедшего 2010 года, которые не попали в Севкин список. А список хорош, надо переслушать (я что-то до Фидера не добрался):
    Infant Sorrow (вот где ракенрол!), KT Tunstall, Duffy (именно новый альбом, уникальная атмосфера на грани Эми Вайнхаус и еще непонятно чего), I Blame Coco (между прочим дочка Стинга поет… а все сначала думают, что это мужской голос :), Blonde Redhead (странно, что ты забыл про них – альбом шикарнейший), Mayer Hawthorne (альбом 2009 года, но услышал я о нем только в 2010), Janelle Monáe (вот это улёт скажу я вам! ритм-энд-блюз, космов и электроника).
